I guess wishful thinking from my end ATM , as the west is in the infancy stage in developing REE supply chains, but with the like of GKN and others aiming to to produce 4000tn of magnets in 2025 , they certainly will be looking to protect their investment in a level playing field , as demand develops , new exchange markets will open for placement , if history is any indication of commerce.
