A material partnership usually means a financing arrangement with a new or existing stakeholder/partner. It doesn't usually mean a business deal about e.g. products or marketing etc. A total buyout is possible, or more cash from pp (bypassing a public cr), or a partnership with cps (this would be a vulture deal), or maybe even (heaven forfend) cash from GEM. Whatever happens, you can expect reduced equity for sh's (the only exception would be a debt deal... That could happen with cps at insane interest rates. It'd basically be a way of them getting first dibs on our assets in liquidation)
