the MOU stated the use of Silicon of 99% and above purity, basically locking us in with them. Ferroglobe probably never in their wildest dreams, believed there'd ever be a chance we could make industrial silicon work. I was blown away when I first heard we could.

Ferro won't let this go and Anteo should've put this all to bed a long time ago, before lodging new patents without Ferro. IMO Ferro never should've been on the original patents as we just needed their silicon and their end users. I can just imagine Ferro and the old management in a room together. Ferro would've had it all over them

Here I was thinking battery results being "commercial in confidence" was a good thing. It now looks to me like they were hiding the results from Ferroglobe.
