One would think any announcement that the company believe will send the Sp over 12c will be thoroughly worked over to push it higher.
Sufficient to maintain the Sp above 12 for at least 20 days so the mgt get their freebie shares.... They won't want to waste the opportunity a well worded Ann could bestow them.
