Don't disagree, market is the market. Framing and credibility is important though and when you move the goalposts it leads to what we see today. If i tell my wife we are going economy class and do premium economy she's happy, if I say we are going business then end up premium never hear the end of it! Everything they do is now questioned by the punters and there needs to be a rebuilding of trust going forward.
