doing another bone scan next month , increased calcium in blood. the could might be susceptible. My sister and mother going through same thing atmo. Sister just had 1 gland removed. Its a case of monitoring from now on.
In the meantime I regularly have spills on dirt bike and its muscle sprains rather than broken bones ......so far
Hope you are able to manage - weights , resistance exercises are supposedly very good.
