Agnico-Eagle acquired Hope Bay mine about a year before SLR acquired Harte.

Agnico has had Hope Bay idled since then, spending a lot on a comprehensive drill program and re-fitting infrastructure that the previous cash-strapped operator had tried to put in place. FY2024 is more of the same.

Agnico thirty-year track record (all with Sean Boyd at the helm), growing to one of the world's best miners, suggests Agnico is anything but poorly-managed. Hope Bay is huge, as is Harte, and prospective/underexplored, as is Harte.

SLR has built a 1/3rd of a billion treasury.
