1. Agree PR is nt acceptable and is non existent imo!!!
IMO how on earth we still have a Melbourned based media professional director in this company, when we have the absolute worse PR and also having 8 experienced directors/senior managers, is beyond my comprehension. How and why is this position justified imo, we have to remove this director imo. The whole of SVG is responsible for our PR mess. They all need a kick in the A and step up here imo, as holders are constantly sick of it. Fact imo!!!
Second point of hiring a PR company it really isn't needed and I cannot justify this expense when we don't have the budget or the runs on the board. Producing 2g/T isn't good enough. We are not a mid-tier producer and a long way from this. We have to do more and that starts by building cash and streamlining our team. Team has to all turn up imo..
Seriously every company PR's, market and communicate to the market and holders. SVG can't, that's our problem. IMO SVG isn't motivated to do this and always remain in silent and do the bare minimum regarding PR. These are meant to be professional directors imo, it's expected as part of their job, SIGH!!!
They just need to focus 100% on SVG and doing the job at hand and critically rebuilding all the negative sentiment for over a decade from holders. A completely new board can fix our PR etc, but not warranted, the guys just have to step up, simple as that imo.
Plus, how can SVG improve PR if no one is in our office and answering SH's concerns, where's our investor relations etc etc etc etc, so why do we actually rent an office apart from benefiting BCP overheads and doesn't do anything for PR, that's for sure imo. It's clear to me imo, that most of this board are focused on their other interests like BCP, BAS, MAAS, etc etc, and not sure what a couple of the others actually do imo. We need a fully committed and highly focused team!!!
2. Agree but difficult with no cash and debt, confident this can easily happen as we improve our bottom line and grow, as it must.
3. Rhaz we have no cash, so dead against this idea. We need cash and our focus is producing and exploration. We are NOT ready to do a cash buy back atm. Probably once we have explored, drilled Georgetown and have ore running through the mill and then we have another plant producing at Agate would be my priority focus first, then buy backs can happen much later.
No point doing this as we need to get this business moving and $$$$ coming in, then we can grow the business and hopefully the SP. We already have a tight register atm with only 195 Mill SOI.. This is a complete waste of money imo. I am doing one with BRK who have heaps of money and SP still struggling.... Theory and reality can be miles apart with buy backs, especially in this market.
So, RHAZ it's very simple of what is required and it's simple imo - we don't need to do spills/EGM's etc etc etc, all SVG has to do imo is remove 2 Dirs NOW and talk with SH's!!! No more CN's and the board do their job and step up and PR SVG, increase production and increase cash. Repay debts and develop for growth. Lastly embrace the holders and end this negative sentiment. It's not rocket science. Enough from me!!!!!!!
