If I remember rightly, in one of the interviews Dave said that there was some obstacles or structural issues to spin Pirra out as an in specie distribution of shares to CAI holders as previously planned, and that CAI would probably end up holding the equity interest. I think that was 3 or 4 mnonths ago. This is the least preferable option IMHO out of the 3 you mention. Still a bonus eitherway though.
Wonder when we will see that geo report that is set to be included in the prospectus, maybe not until the prospectus is actually released?
