So - the choices could be:
- A big fish is interested in taking out STX and TPD.
- STX is taking out all of TPD via a STX scrip offer.
- STX is taking out all of TPD assets via scrip offer but will be spinning off Gurvantes.
- STX is buying out the 45% Walyering ownership for cash and leaving them with the rest of their prospects and some cashflow to move on with TPD well exploration in PB and Mongolia.
- STX is buying out the 45% Walyering ownership plus the other TPD PB prospects for cash and leaving TPD with Gurvantes, and cashflow to move on with gas exploration in Mongolia.
Is there any other possible Trading Halt permutation I am missing?
