The only conclusions we can really make; 1. They're really, really, really p!ssed at the status quo 2. They can see a better future 3. They have enough pull to create a 'coup'.
Long term, I guess there's not much to dislike. Regardless of the result, once resolved, the shake-up will 100% be better for our longer term prosperity. And we'll have a say.
