The offer is for PB assets only at .22 implied if the info on STX threads is accurate. I think that it is overly optimistic to see the market out of nowhere price in Gurvantes when it has zero since Snow Leopard 1. We closed .19, might hit .20. There is huge risk in the deal, hedge funds won't play.
