LOL Albo (and Mayo) did lay it out very clearly sometime back.The agenda is absolutely clear,first voice,then truth telling then the establishment of the makarrata commission another word for treaty.Albo stated this very clearly. But once all googled makarrata (probably including Albo) to understand its meaning he stopped referring to it,u can't get him to mumble 'maka's. The makarrata 'commission' will 'supervise' a 'process' of 'agreement making'.
