On retail favourite stocks, the normal course of action is that after any news - there is an large element of trapped holders that will try to spin the news as the greatest news ever.
It doesn't matter how bad the news is, in an effort to support the share price, popular holders will give the news more spin than Shane Warne's washing machine.
I'm not saying that the news is that bad, but I'd be very careful particularly at a time like this, especially when macro storm clouds are looming large.
All IMO from much experience.
