A capital raising is required Lethal, notwithstanding the recent quarterly figures.
Talon asked STX for a line of credit to cover its share of costs while the transaction played out. What does that tell you?
TPD were also willing to continue to negotiate, but STX walked away.
Now, TPD is in the worst possible position, namely, everyone knows they need capital. It's a shorters daydream.
This is the downside of pie-in-the-blue-sky projections. Most of us could've walked away with a 50% capital gain and shares in STX, which should also appreciate in the next year or two.
Hopefully, the sheer fact STX identified TPD as being undervalued, will create some buying pressure and put a floor under the price.
Some will be happy about this decision. But I am not.
