The board already has one strike against them from last year's AGM. Another round of selling by insiders followed by institutional raise of massive amounts of new shares at deep discounts will all but guarantee the second strike and election of new board if I understand things correctly. Having said that unfortunately I will not be surprised if we see more dilution before cash flows are solid from BBP and pumped hydro.
