You really can't have two entities financing the business as there's not enough security to go around, so it seems to me that ANZ are doing a runner to be replaced by a lower level/higher cost lender. I can't accept that SOL will put themselves in the position of largest shareholder and principal lender as that could turn out to be a tricky situation that a responsible entity wouldn't want to contemplate.
