dotcom was the ultimate hype--some experts STATE THATthe miiLLenium $ BILLIONS SPENT ON MILLENIUM BUG WAS A COMPLETE FABRICATION, as post mortem, it was obvoius---there was no bug!
dotcom was ...the first time the idea of a railway line eclispsing the horse as defacto means was encapsulated.
Mining 'boom' today is the opposite.There is no tech/engineering revolution fueling the 'FUTURE' .....it's simply. plainly a massive country(and india not too far behind) wanting the past/ present of a first world country standard...herein lies the LACK of risk
