Neighbour is planning to build a new home, page-15

I bought the house established with a fair bit of garden around it but yes it is close to the boundary. The neighbour that wants to build nearby already has a house on the other side of their property. It is a shed that has been thoroughly decked out as a house and they have lived there for many years. I like your idea HB, of a house in the middle of a lot of land, I was just surprised to find out they want to move from the high side of their block to the absolute bottom (floods!) and very close to me. (my house is elevated btw)
