NQM board ~ they love using that word... non-conflicted my .... they are board members holding company shares with their jobs on the line.. how can there not be a conflict of interest????
behind close doors, HSK's board are prob indicated that the NQM board will get to keep their jobs... so in essence, the current NQM board will get to run a bigger company after the merger, hence bigger pay??
time will tell ?
