I too had same question. and as far as I can recall, there was no net debt as at March quarter already. Correct me if i was wrong.
Did you notice that Jerry Lam also stepped down as CFO? The mess-up in balance sheet and disclosure was suspicious and led me think.

However, the newly appointed CFO Rod Monden is no amateur and is reputational. I would assume that his appointment took sometime , it didn't happen in one day. His joining gives me more confidence that (My own thinking- no to disclose).

Things may turn around soon.
