ASIS could investigate What Joel Wilson and Kumar Dharmasena have been doing in Siparia and Colombo, and put the five eyes powers’ security intelligence services into them, use Pine Gap, Exmouth, Woomera and Nurrungur for some worthwhile signals purpose,
