Hi Anatol, any comments on this?
LTR BOD rejected Albemarle's $5.5 billion takeover offer earlier this year but a lot has changed since.
KV is already morphed into a working and breathing infrastructure so the price has changed very considerably for what is already built. How much of the infrastructure is now completed? 25%? 45%? Anyone know?
What is a reasonable takeover offer price? Albe would be briefing Exxon on their failure and asking them to double make sure they don't make the same fatal mistake? But at what price?
