It would appear that Mesoblast have registered 50,000,000 ADRs at a cost of $0.05 cents each or $2,500,000 in total …. these would then be available for Mesoblast to sell via the market to increase the ADR float off the back of (say) upcoming good news or to allocate through a partnership agreement …. either way it looks like they are well prepared for something - just sayin’
