Humor me folks .... is this following hypothetical scenario playing out through this registration of 50 million ADRs or 250 million shares ? If so, things could be about to heat up ?
There are currently 814,204,825 shares on issue.
There are 66,911,648 options, incentive rights and warrants.
There are 2,224,669 ADS warrants or 11,123,345 warrants (shares).
Mesoblast have just registered 50 million ADRs or 250 million shares.
All up that equates to 1,142,239,818 shares if they are all registered / exercised @ 19.99% = 228,333,740 shares or 45,666,748 ADRs.
Is today's registration an indication of a huge partnership deal to come 'shortly' as 250 million shares would enable such a transaction with some left over save an except if I have missed the actual ADRs listed in the USA then there probably isn't any spare ?
Our resident USA expert @LearningEachDay may be able to tweak the above calculations if the ADRs are not represented in the overall calculation
