before we go over the top in this one, let’s remember warrants aren’t actually shares: they just confer the right to acquire said shares. Ditto for options.
All that I think MSB did last year was ready itself to meet the anticipated conversion demands from Oaktree and issue conditions for (prospective) partners. That unissued equity is IMO going to become way, way more expensive than debt very quickly.
