@Chuxa, its been a while since i posted here.

I bought 1% SOI a few months ago after meeting MC and Dean, avg price ~.22c Had a follow up meeting with them in person and walked away uninspired. MC seemed exhausted from running this co for so long. My takeaway was that he would sell tomorrow if a bid came in. From a risk/reward perspective, lets say they managed a +30 % bid for the co., or something along those lines, that is not enough for me to sit on microcap risk. Large cap, sure, but def not this capitalisation.So i flipped out around 20.5c avg and took the loss.

I didn't mention it here as i didn't want to add to that neg moment.

The reason i bring this up is due to the latest co updates. The co is a solid microcap. I have a lot of respect for management but they are not listening to s/h, or better put, they are only listening to one s/h - you do the math on that. This means the rest of us will come second best. Can the price go up from here? Def. But my advice to management was that the co needs a LT fix. That means fixing the liquidity issue. I even offered to sit on the board and help guide them through the US process, but that again went nowhere.

Without liquidity, imho, this will cont to be a fundamentally sound micro. That's all.

Re; BOD. The BOD needs a revamp. Let's see. Chartres renumeration: 2022 $25,078 of which $4,245 was options at risk. I too would take 1.1 million share options at 30c w one year vesting period and no KPIs (that i have seen ). This is LITERALLY buying a OTM LEAP /call option w a premium of $25k. I would take that bet 100% of the time.
