Hi Diesteach I believe you are right that was the original purpose. As the Doctor mentioned in one of his interviews the Japanese did not proceed with the project because of the time needed to bring the resource to fruition and the high royalty costs to the vendor and so pivoted to a direct investment in Lynas. Now that is not to say there is not room for more inventory when MEI prove up the viability of additional supply. I am sure we will have no shortage of suitors vying for a piece of what Caldeira has to offer.
