Those that control US foreign policy see US soldiers as dumb cattle, just dupes to be used in any war its corporate sponsors can make money from. Once the soldiers have been used they get thrown on the scrap heap when they return, end up taking their lives or living on the streets as bums while those that sent them there laugh at the soldiers stupidity.
If US Government were serious about their citizens they would focus on their own borders rather than trying to control countries on the other side of the world for Corporate profits, at some point the mothers of these soldiers must demand their sons be at Thansgiving and Christmas dinners rather than their names on a wall, medals in the drawer or living as bums on the street.
US leaders enjoy having patriotic dupes like yourself jimbo yelling "go team America" while they chopper officials off the Embassy in Saigon or away from the Airport in Kabul.
It's a circus lead by puppets in Chief such as Bush, Obama, Biden, etc, Trump was a little less war mongering but still controlled by others, all of them lead by traitors from within the Government.
