Colby needs to explain why and how we suddenly need 9m plus 6m? Walyering at mechanical completion. Teg/Condor dormant. Mongolia just pilot well testing / some exploration planned. Obviously it was to fund the Mongolia roll out after Stx took our 9m..but was not made clear. We sit at 15c because Stx concocted cashflows issues in an attempted to justify the cheap takeover. Despite this..22c+ and most would have been happy. Come on.. make it happen.
