maybe Rob is planning a reverse takeover of Rio?
two things strike me as unusual about this transaction? The first is that it is usually the majors who joint-venture and fund exploration with juniors, not the other way around.
the other thing I found strange is that Rio are offering CNB 51% share of the project and therefore control.
it’s an interesting development and I’ll be keen to see where it leads.
