well he has snared 2 mines and has an off-take agreement in place , cash on hand about $7.5m , not too bad.
this MOU is with a major chinese player , not a two bit company..these guys aren't going to be waisting their time messing around with cedric if there is nothing in it for them. they must have done some sort of due diligance before agreeing to the MOU.
IMO this is a major ann. and hopefully it eventuates.
