”If a deal in underway and near to closing and the current board gets rolled, what happens if the potential suitor doesn’t want to deal with the new board or isn’t given the time of day?”
Everyones talking about heroes and the balls to do this, has anyone considered that doing this could eff everything up and have it fall over?
