Whats FAR's market cap at the moment? Around $30m I'm guessing.
If ME is asking for $20m in seismic reimbursement and a well in exchange for 70%.
It's not impossible but improbable that a company says, 'We'll save $20m here and gain an extra 20% of this outstanding acreage. This will give us 90% of a 3 billion barrell target instead of 70%.'
90% x $10/barrell profit x $3b barrells = $27 billion profit instead of $21 billion.
