It‘s possible that he saw more than most re combination study being a success
It’s my understanding that Anp does not have to do a Phase 2 but can seek out a PARTNER now in the US and do a 6 month trial.$$
This info is not from Anp but a mate told me that it’s possible.
Seems logical to me for the benefit of DMD sufferers
