The problem AIS faces is Andre's ego. He wants to build the company so that he can demand a higher salary. Starting with Cracow acquisition, the deal cost existing shareholders a fortune for an overpriced mine.
Purchasing the old Jabiru JML assets was the most stupid deal. IGO made the mistake of taking over JML, within a short period of time IGO couldn't wait to dump it.
It was always a disaster waiting to happen.
Pity I didn't sell all my AIS at 70c, but that was before buying the crap SOL mines.
