The success in Namibia is in the deepwater 2000 - 3000 metres, which appears to be why WDS extended the 3D seismic into the western half of PEL87 where even 2D was not really covered.

WDS have until around March 2024 to make a farm-in decision. It's possible they factor in the drilling result from Galp in PEL83 due first quarter 2024 before their decision.
