I think we are going to see more people buying into this stock now as we have 2 Devex directors on the LSA board, hopefully this will hold the existing useless directors accountable, and if they don't pull their weight then Devex will have some ammunition to get rid of them being a major shareholder into LSA!! This is a great transaction for shareholders as it will now stop the crappy current management taking shareholders for a ride like they have done for the last few years!
