This really is master-stroke forward thinking and execution by Liontown management. It carries forward massive de risking and shareprice stability. Not only are we getting a massive windfall of money that wasn't even thought of previously but we are doing all the test works from logistics to operations BEFORE we officially start production. Think about what a big deal this is in regards to a companies share price. Look at many other players getting into the market, as soon as something doesn't go as planned is regards to company announcements the market hammers them. Core is a prime example here. Obviously there are lots of catalysts for volatility but we are essentially getting a free ride to dial in our operation and we can hit the ground running. The shorts won't (and don't have any ammo). This an amazing announcement on so many levels.
