Astivita was a business set up by related parties to TWD (son& wife) I think. It began to wallow around 18mos ago with low SP and going nowhere. TWD made the case that it was sensible to retain the connections of material sourcing for TWD and payout the net asset value of Astivita to the related parties. I guess you could say their was some nepotism involved but it made sense businesswise as they were paying out wholesale stock value only. You appear to have nailed Lev with the video - unusual rich list character.
