I think your list is both concise and complete. These seem to me to be the main 'possibilities' at the moment.

• FDA hasn’t sent MSB results yet, or
• It’s a CRL they’re brainstorming how to handle/gild, or
• It’s a complicated/limited approval with complex conditions to be fleshed out, or
• It’s rather positive and they’re leveraging it to nail down partnerships/refinancing that need signing off

I am still confident and comfortable ... and think we are 80+ chance ... still.
MSB may still not have been informed of the decision. Aug 2 is a guideline and there is 'flex'
applied here for many reasons. Too many to list. We can still easily see an approval tomorrow.

We have all placed our bets, after doing our DD, as best we can. There is still a level 'unknown' data
that we are not privy to. This is the 'interesting aspect' ... but I will remain positive as I await the news to drop.
