Joe won't get the chance to pardon anyone. He won't have the mental capacity to so. Whilst he may delegate his personal decision making to someone via a Power of Attorney or Guardianship (mm let's say to... Hunter), he can't delegate the power to pardon. In any case, the Dems will get rid of Joe, one way or another, before 2024 election.
