having problem logging into power etrade

hi guys/gals

since early this morning i've had problem logging into Power E*Trade.

i can log into E*Trades website, but i can't log into "Power" E*Trade.

i get Power ETrade screen up, but it keeps saying "Installing software please wait" which under normal circumstances it's ok. you wait for a few seconds then you get logged in.

i'm sitting here watching that stupid clock going around and around.

anyway, anybody having problem like above.
