correct me if im wrong but i think i saw on the announcement that the company has cash for 2 quarters. If they are still eligible for the government r+d grant of $2.5m (which i think they are) and you combine that with the possible milestone payment of 400k, plus any income earned from pax then a cr may not be necessary.
