The AP (Acadia Park) which has launched this motion has disclosed an 8% interest (see below). What they hold beyond that is anybody's guess. Maybe a puppet-master (or like-minded group) controls more under different blocs to avoid official take-over notice (which is necessary over 19%). I doubt that though as we have a few institutional owners and not as much exchange has happened since NCCN (and price elasticity would have increased the share price far more).
