IVR Chart, page-853

On your chart you see the large 2 c low i called to the cent at 17,50$ in oct 22.
Then you see the minor degree 2 low at 20$ in April i think i was 11cents off.
Then a you see a major 3 start with its minor small 1 start and topping at 26$ in june .
Then you see the minor 2 of {3} down start in June which should be finshed at 22.50 $ but reached 22,31$ (19 centsoff) Follow all this above in your chart .
NOW it gets uncontrolled a bit in TIME and structure ! This very minor 2 of (3) must hold without a doubt above 20$ April minor 2 low and my target is 21.60$ .

BUT as a minor minor 2 of huge(3) it should be not TIMED longer then the one degree higher 2 bottoming in April !!! This is not good ! This is a clear sign of MANIPULATION by mighty Powers !
One thing is clear , if we break $ 20 on this THE HOLE COUNT is invalid and we go to lower lows on a big scale . If not every human now goes buying a silver or Gold coin incl your complete Hometown neighbours we may . Thers still 7 billion people on this Planet with i think one billion financially capable of buying at least one gram Au or 1oz ag . They MUST go now and better every Month once !!!
