This will make the company, backed by Mothercare in the UK they can see the writing on the wall.
Clearing up ownership,so that HLD have 100% ownership all without using to much cash.
The additional 12 million to open more stores quicker.
This will be like a Hi-Fi or Harvey Norman within 3-5 years.
Shame they not offerring a few shares to existing shareholders to raise extra cash. i'd be in at .28c.
Only time will tell but this one is in the bottom of the draw for a while.
Still needs to get on the redars of stockbrokers, I think they need to be a bit proactive here.
