The point I think you are missing in your considerations Rummy is that CHM is not a real mining company, apart for the money they have extracted out of MMX, it's the only thing they have ever extracted in thier lives.
They don't explore, they don't mine and to my knowledge never have....
Given there is so many other small caps out there who have assests and in some cases are due to come into production soon, why would you waste your money on a gamble...all my opinion of course but if you did some research you may get rich quicer than waiting for CHM to go into recievership...
