The dilution isn't nearly as bad as it would have been if the shares reached 25c and the IPO options were exercised. That would have been 110m shares.

I'll have to go back and look at the performance options for a few of the directors but I'd imagine they'll expire as well since our output has been so poor. That'll also keep the number of shares down.

Andrew now needs to get production up and get Stanco to start taking delivery of everything we're making. Fingers crossed this extra money will see us through to the 192,000 tonnes that we were expecting to be making by now.
