i left out the bits that were merely repetitive of what abbott had said. i cited what was different - how is a "tweak" not a "change" - my earlier post said they were leaving the door open. What this admits is that although they won't change the legislation (because they would need control of the senate) but they will use ministerial powers. sounds like workchoices by stealth to me.
